Please place your order then contact us to discuss you specific needs. We will be happy to assist you with a shipping quote, the balance of which may be paid following your initial order.
International Buyers:
Our international rate prices are flat rate. They include packaging and handling fees. Items are shipped USPS First Class or a comparable service with average estimated delivery of 10 business days after your item has shipped. Sometimes delivery can take up to 4-5 weeks weeks due to various country regulations.
Occasionally, when shipping items internationally, an item will get flagged by the receiving country's Customs Department. We have no control over this and we am not responsible for extra charges incurred due to such flagging. This is the responsibility of the buyer. Price advertised in our shop DOES NOT include duty or VAT. If charges are incurred, you will be expected to pay this once the shipment arrives.
International shipping time varies greatly. Please allow up to one month for arrival of package although packages often arrive within a week.
Note that our offices are closed on weekends, observed Jewish holidays, and select USA holidays.
Returns
Our #1 priority is your satisfaction! If for any reason you are unsatisfied with any item in your order, please notify us within 15 days of receiving your item(s) to qualify for our worry-free returns. Upon receiving your returned item(s), you will receive your choice of refund or store credit for the full cost of the product(s). Please note that upon approval, all returns must be shipped via USPS and must arrive in their original condition.
Shirts and apparel items must be unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags attached to be eligible for returns & exchanges.
Returned items must be postmarked within 20 days of receipt in order to receive a refund. Items returned after 20 days will receive store credit. Items older than 30 days old are not eligible for return, or for any credit/refund. We only accept return items that have been purchased from our online store. Items must be unwashed and unworn, with original tags where applicable.
Your payment method will be refunded upon us receiving your returned item(s). It may take up to 3-4 business days for the refund to reflect on your billing statement. For returns and exchanges, we will deduct original shipping charges from refunds/credits issued. You are responsible for return shipping charges.
Problems with your order?
If your order is missing any item(s) or arrives damaged upon delivery, please notify us via email within three business days of delivery. In order to file a damaged goods claim, we require photos of both the packaging and damaged merchandise.
If your order tracking shows as delivered but has not arrived, please notify us within three business days for appropriate investigation and recourse. We cannot be held responsible in cases in which we are not notified in a timely manner.
Non-USA buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Refused packages qualify for a maximum refund of total paid less actual shipping cost which may exceed shipping paid. Refunds for refused packages are processed within seven business days of delivery to our warehouse.
